How long will it take for my order to be dispatched? And how long will it take to arrive?

Orders placed outside of sales will be on their way within 1 to 3 business days *Excluding preorders. During promotions or sales, things get extra exciting (and busy!), so dispatch may take 5 to 7 business days as our small-but-mighty warehouse team works double-time to keep up with the rush.

PREORDERS: If you have pre-ordered something, please check the product description for the estimated delivery date. If you ordered other items along with your pre-ordered item, we will dispatch them together.   

The shipping estimates below will give you an idea of when you can expect your TSC goodies to arrive, they apply after your order is dispatched.  If you live in a rural area, your order may take slightly longer!

Standard Shipping: 4 - 7 business days
Express Shipping: 2 - 4 business days
