We are an Australian-based company in Brisbane, and this is where we ship all our our TSC goodies from. We choose the best carrier for your area, so our orders are shipped with a few partners: SEKO, Auspost and DHL. Parcels can be sent with either authority to leave, or safe drop.
How much is shipping?
For our community in the UK, Germany, Italy, Spain and France - We offer free shipping on orders over £200. Our Standard shipping rate on all orders under £200 is £10.00 and Express shipping is £14.95.
Express shipping note: upgrading to Express Postage expedites the shipping time after your order leaves us, however, orders are still processed and packed in order of when the order was placed. If you're in a particular rush, please let us know and we will do our best to help speed things up!
Duties and Taxes: Import duties, local taxes and local charges are not included in our item prices or shipping charges on our website. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
January 25 update: We are currently changing shipping providers for our US community. Orders placed before Thursday 23 Jan will ship with Seko, and orders placed on or after this date will ship with Auspost.
