Orders under £100 do not require a signature on delivery, so it may have been left in a safe place. 

Sometimes, posties can leave parcels in obscure places, so make sure you've checked everywhere on your property, and even with your neighbours too.

If you still can't find your parcel, you can lodge a missing parcel enquiry directly with the courier or postal service. If you're having trouble, please send us an email at [email protected] or simply let us know that this is the situation so we can keep an eye on it too!
