Damn snail mail! Unfortunately, once a parcel leaves our warehouse there is not much we can do. 

It is in the hands of our posties and sometimes there can be delays, although they are usually pretty good! Please keep an eye on your tracking or contact the courier/postal service directly to enquire about where your parcel might be.
