Not completely in love with your order? No worries at all, we've got you covered. We're happy to help with an exchange, store credit, or refund. Have your order number and the email address used to place your order handy, then hit the button below to get started:

START YOUR RETURN

A few things to keep in mind:

  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • All returned or exchanged items must be unused, in clean and saleable condition, with original packaging and tags attached, along with proof of purchase.
  • Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless you have opted in to Checkout+ or the item is faulty. For faulty items, please visit our Faulty Items and Warranty page.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days, excluding any shipping costs.
  • If your order included a Gift With Purchase and you choose not to return it, the RRP of the gift will be deducted from your refund.


For any exchanges, once we have received your item/items back at our warehouse and it has passed our quality control checks, we would be more than happy to process your exchange. At this point a £4.95 invoice will be sent to you, this is to cover the shipping of getting the 2nd item out to you.
